We've all heard of a beer mile but have you ever heard of a cookie mile? Â
Here's how it works -
Run 4 laps and eat a cookie at the start of every lap... sounds easy, right?!
Tasty fun for the whole family in support of the Dukes Track Club - Lobo Cancer Challenge team!!!
