Cross Country 2026
Info:
- Ages: 7 – 18 (birth years 2008 – 2019)
- 14 week season with 3 practices per week
- 4 regular season meets + USATF NM State Meet + USATF Regional Meet
Practice starts Monday, August 10th!
Fees:
- Returning Athletes (competed in Spring 2026 season): $200 for 1 athlete. $180 per each additional athlete in a family.
- New Athletes (did not compete in Spring 2026 season): $230 for 1 athlete. $200 per each additional athlete in a family.

Registration includes:
- USATF membership
- Entry into all cross country meets this season (4 regular season meets + NM State Meet + NM Regional Meet)
- Exclusive Dukes apparel
- New singlet if needed (same design as 2025 and 2026 seasons)
- Coaching 3 days per week by 10 dedicated and SafeSport certified coaches!


Practice Locations:
Monday: UNM Law School / North Golf Course
Wednesday: Nethwerood Park
Friday: UNM Law School / North Golf Course
Practice Dates:
Starts August 10th
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30PM to 6:30PM
Ends November 14
What is practice like?
~15 minutes of warmups (short jog + drills)
~30 minutes of discipline specific training (long runs, workouts, plyometrics, strength training, etc)
~15 minutes of stretching and games

- October 31 (state meet – Jemez)
- November 14 (regional meet – Colorado Springs)
